What We're Looking For
✅ 5-10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales
✅ Mandatory experience in both Ocean Freight and Air Freight sales
✅ Strong field sales and business development exposure
✅ Experience handling Import & Export business
✅ Exposure to commodities such as Rice, Edible Oil, General Cargo , or similar segments
✅ Strong customer acquisition, relationship management, and market networking skills
✅ This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role ,
requiring a hands-on approach to sales and business development
Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities and expand market presence
- Develop and manage relationships with importers and exporters
- Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition and account management
- Promote end-to-end Ocean and Air Freight solutions
