Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Sales Manager role based in Tiruchirappalli for affordable housing finance .

The Branch Sales

Manager will oversee branch sales operations, drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth, and ensure achievement of sales targets for lending products. The role involves managing and mentoring the branch sales team, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. The individual will build and maintain relationships with customers, local partners, and business channels, while ensuring high service standards and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications





- Strong sales and business development capabilities, including experience in branch-based sales, target achievement, and portfolio growth in financial services or related sectors.
- Experience in team leadership and people management, including coaching, performance monitoring, and developing a high-performing sales culture.
- Sound understanding of lending products, credit processes, and basic financial analysis, preferably within MSME or housing finance segments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and represent the branch professionally.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or finance is an advantage.
- Prior experience in branch management or frontline sales leadership in NBFCs, banks, or housing finance companies is highly beneficial.
