- Education: High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or Textile fields.
- Experience: Min 6 to 8 years of retail or branch management experience, ideally in fashion or textiles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Open and close the branch safely.
- Oversee daily showroom or warehouse routines.
- Check reports for sales, stock, and accounts.
- Drive the team to hit monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Handle key customer queries, complaints, and special orders.
- Spot local market trends to promote fast-moving items.
- Hire, train, and schedule store employees.
- Set team goals and track daily performance.
- Solve staff issues and maintain a positive workplace.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Run regular physical inventory audits.
- Ensure products are neat and clearly displayed.
- Solid leadership and communication.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Excel).
- Good eye for fashion and fabric quality.
