We are hiring Branch Relationship Managers (BRM) for a leading bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, portfolio growth, and investment advisory services for CASA and HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers and increase portfolio book size.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients.
- Generate new business and customer referrals.
- Cross-sell and upsell banking products, asset products, and digital banking services.
- Activate digital wealth management and investment solutions.
- Understand clients' investment needs and provide suitable investment solutions.
- Manage customer portfolios and achieve monthly revenue targets.




- Handle customer queries and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Provide market feedback on new products, pricing, and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in CASA, HNI, Wealth Management, or Banking Sales.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Good communication and sales abilities.
- Ability to achieve business and revenue targets.
