Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring productive gold loan disbursement and customer service.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase business growth through cross-selling opportunities.

- Oversee the entire process from gold appraisal to loan disbursal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in gold loan operations or sales.

- Strong knowledge of gold appraising, valuation, and lending processes.

- Excellent business development skills with ability to build strong customer relationships.
