Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling gold loans.

- Build solid relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions for their financial requirements.

- Oversee team performance, setting goals, coaching, and mentoring to achieve high levels of productivity.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in business development or management role.

- Strong understanding of gold loan products and services offered by banks/NBFCs.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
