Key Responsibilities:

- Own branch business growth, profitability, portfolio quality, customer service and operations.




- Drive sourcing and disbursement across Two-Wheeler, Passenger Car, Tractor, SCV, 3W and UCV Finance.
- Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, dealers, DSAs, referral partners and local channels.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities within the branch catchment.
- Monitor branch performance, yield, fee income, product mix, costs and P&L.;
- Ensure quality sourcing, portfolio monitoring, delinquency control and coordination with Collections.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, compliance, SOPs, audit requirements and operational controls.
- Lead, coach and develop the branch team to achieve business and productivity targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate mandatory; MBA/Post-Graduation preferred
- Relevant experience in NBFC/Banking, preferably Vehicle Finance, Retail Finance or Asset Finance.
- Experience in branch management, business sourcing, dealer/channel management and portfolio monitoring.
- Strong local market knowledge, leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Strong focus on business growth, risk management, compliance and profitability
