We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage branch operations, drive Gold Loan business and NCD/Investment product sales, lead the branch team, and ensure excellent customer service and compliance.

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Drive Gold Loan business, including customer acquisition, renewals, collections, and portfolio growth.
- Promote and generate business for NCDs and other investment products as per company guidelines.
- Achieve branch business, sales, collection, and profitability targets.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Ensure proper verification, documentation, KYC, and compliance for all transactions.




- Ensure the protected custody and proper handling of pledged gold and other branch assets.
- Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate with the team for timely collections.
- Conduct regular branch reviews and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper maintenance of branch records, registers, cash, gold, and other operational documents.
- Coordinate with the Regional/Area Manager and Head Office for branch-related matters.
- Ensure branch audit and compliance requirements are properly followed.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
