Experience: 3-7 years in automobile, EV, retail or sales management

Job Summary The Branch Manager will oversee showroom operations, lead the sales team, achieve business targets, ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth for the Oben Electric dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans and achieve assigned targets.
- Lead, coach, train and motivate Sales Executives; allocate targets and review performance.
- Manage daily showroom operations, product display, discipline and customer experience.
- Monitor enquiries, test rides, bookings, conversions, cancellations, deliveries and collections.
- Coordinate with Oben Electric and internal teams regarding stock, schemes, invoicing and delivery.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop local marketing, referral, corporate tie-up and field-sales initiatives.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly business performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, documentation standards and operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate preferred.




- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation and team-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage showroom operations.
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru automobile and EV market.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and sales reporting.
