Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading branch operations, business development, and service delivery. This role oversees day-to-day activities including shipment coordination, customs and documentation oversight, client relationship management, and smooth execution of logistics services across modes.

The Branch

Manager will manage and mentor branch staff, monitor performance against targets,



ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the branch, as well as identifying opportunities to grow business with existing and new customers. Collaboration with headquarters and other branch locations is required to ensure consistent processes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development.
- Experience in branch or operations management within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related sectors.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, regulatory compliance, and documentation for air and sea freight, domestic transport, and warehousing.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and business development to drive branch revenue and market presence.
- Ability to analyze operational data, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective, effective processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments, with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
