Experience: 3–5 years in TPA / Health Insurance industry
Location: Branch-specific / PAN India
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth TPA service delivery.
- Lead and monitor branch teams, including claims, coordination and customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, insurers, corporates and other stakeholders.
- Handle business development activities to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships.
- Identify recent corporate/insurance opportunities and support client acquisition.
- Achieve branch operational and business targets.
- Coordinate with HO for claims, escalations, empanelment and other operational requirements.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong local networking.
- Prepare branch MIS, performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve client, hospital and insurer escalations effectively.
Required Skills: TPA experience, team handling, client management, business development, communication and negotiation skills. Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
