OMOTEC (On My Own Technology) is a technology and STEAM education organization focused on providing experiential learning through Robotics, Coding, AI, Electronics, and other emerging technologies. We work with students across different age groups through our centres and school partnerships.

We are looking for a Branch Manager who can take complete ownership of the branch's day-to-day operations, team performance, customer experience, and business growth.

Role Overview The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the overall performance and operations of the branch. The role involves leading the branch team, driving enrolments and revenue, ensuring smooth academic operations, maintaining parent relationships, and achieving branch-level business and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the branch's day-to-day operations and performance.
- Drive student enrolments, revenue, conversions, and retention.
- Lead and manage the branch team, including trainers and support staff.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of branch targets.
- Build robust relationships with parents, students, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Handle parent feedback, queries,



and escalations effectively.
- Ensure smooth execution of classes, workshops, events, and branch activities.
- Monitor trainer performance, attendance, productivity, and session quality.
- Track branch-level MIS, revenue, enrolment, conversion, attendance, and operational metrics.
- Coordinate with central teams such as HR, Finance, Academics, Marketing, and Operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve branch performance, customer experience, and business growth.

? What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in Branch Management, Centre Management, Sales, Operations, EdTech, Education, Retail, or a similar role.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of sales, business development, and target achievement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Comfortable working with MIS, Excel/Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
- High ownership, accountability, and a hands-on approach.
- Experience in EdTech, STEM, Robotics, Education, or Learning Centres will be an added advantage.
