Job Purpose The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing overall branch operations, driving business growth, managing team performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service while achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

Achieve business targets for sales, revenue, and profitability

Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to ensure high performance

Develop and implement local business development strategies

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory compliance

Monitor branch expenses and control operational costs

Handle customer escalations and ensure high service standards

Coordinate with HO and other departments for operational support

Review MIS reports and take corrective actions as required

Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or management

Prior experience as Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager preferred

Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Financial Services

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
