Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales, operations, and customer service functions of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

- Achieve branch targets for assets, liabilities, and third-party products
- Drive CASA growth, deposits, and loan portfolio
- Develop strategies to expand customer base

2. Branch Operations:

- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Monitor cash management, transactions, and audit compliance
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures

3. Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff
- Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews
- Provide training and development support

4. Customer Relationship Management:





- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Address customer queries and resolve escalations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

5. Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with Reserve Bank of India guidelines and internal policies
- Monitor KYC/AML processes
- Minimize operational and credit risk

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience
- Prior experience in branch handling preferred
