- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive gold loan business and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage the gold loan portfolio and ensure portfolio quality.
- Handle gold valuation, loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and collections.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team to achieve business targets.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Track branch KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Age below 35 years.
- 4–6 years of experience in Gold Loan / Gold Finance.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager with team-handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of gold valuation and gold loan processing.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Valuable knowledge of branch operations and risk management.
