Qualifications

- Solid understanding of general insurance products, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and implement operational improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in branch management or a similar leadership role in insurance or banking is highly beneficial.
