- Team Handling experience

- Branch Portfolio Handling

- Preferably local candidature
- Employment Gap not allowed to hire.( > 3 Days )
- Consistency of employment to be verified
- Ratings for the last 2 years
- Target and Achievement on monthly basis.
- Average Incentives earning on monthly basis.
- Branch Portfolio/ Book Size Value In Crores.
