Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead sales, business growth, and daily operations at our newly launched Dhekha Branch in Rewa, MP. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of financial advisors, expanding the client base across mutual funds and insurance, and driving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Branch Operations & Management: Oversee complete day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the Dhekha branch.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and track the performance of financial advisors to drive productivity and target achievement.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify current HNI/retail business opportunities, drive market penetration, and grow the branch's presence in Rewa and surrounding regions.
- Portfolio & Relationship Management: Build and retain relationships with high-value clients while ensuring long-term portfolio growth.
- Target Achievement:



Drive monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets for investment and insurance products.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to industry regulatory guidelines, standard operating procedures, and internal compliance policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in BFSI, Banking, Insurance, or Mutual Fund sales with proven team handling exposure.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products including Mutual Funds, Life/Health Insurance, and Investment portfolios.
- Certifications: NISM Series V-A (Mutual Funds) / AMFI certification held or willingness to acquire upon joining.
- Education: Any Graduate; MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Finance preferred.
- Skills: Excellent team management, client acquisition, cross-selling, and regional market network.
- Location/Mobility: Candidates from Rewa or nearby locations (Prayagraj, Varanasi, Jabalpur, Satna, Singrauli) willing to relocate or manage regular branch presence in Rewa.
