Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations & business targets
- Drive Gold Loan sales, customer acquisition & portfolio growth
- Lead and motivate the branch team
- Handle gold appraisal, KYC, documentation & compliance
- Manage collections, renewals & customer relationships
- Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations

Candidate Profile

✅ 2–6 years of relevant Gold Loan / NBFC experience

✅ Prior Branch Manager / Branch Head experience preferred

✅ Robust knowledge of Gold Loan products & processes

✅ Excellent sales, leadership & team-management skills

✅ Strong local market knowledge and customer-handling ability
