Role Description The Branch Head role at Urban Money is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru South.

The Branch

Head will oversee branch operations, guide the loan advisory team, and ensure smooth delivery of end-to-end loan and mortgage services to clients.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, supervising loan portfolio counselors, monitoring performance targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and lending partner requirements. This role also involves coordinating with multiple financial institutions, optimizing branch processes,



tracking sales and service metrics, and supporting local business development initiatives.

Head will be expected to provide leadership, maintain high service standards, and contribute to overall branch growth.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising branch or sales teams in financial services.
- Solid knowledge of loans, mortgages, and retail banking products, including understanding of interest rates, documentation, and lender processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities to handle diverse customer profiles.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to review branch performance, manage risk, and resolve operational issues.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple financial institutions and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification in finance or banking is an advantage.
- Prior experience in branch operations, loan advisory, or mortgage sales is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and reporting dashboards.
