Key Responsibilities

- Leadership &
- Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop staff; foster a collaborative culture; ensure high performance; handle recruitment and training.

- Operations &

- Strategy:

Oversee daily activities; develop strategic plans; ensure effective resource use; monitor performance metrics; manage budgets.

- Academics &

- Compliance:

Ensure adherence to educational standards, health/safety rules, and licensing; implement curriculum; maintain a positive learning environment.

- Admissions &

- Marketing:

Drive enrollment by managing admissions; conduct parent interviews; build strong parent/stakeholder relationships.

- Reporting &

- Communication:

Prepare performance reports for senior management; serve as a key liaison with other departments and the central school body.





Essential Qualifications &

- Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree (Education, Management preferred).

- Experience: Proven managerial experience, preferably in education or a similar setting, with client management skills.

- Skills: Strong leadership, team building, communication (written/spoken), financial acumen, data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.

- Attributes: Proactive, flexible, caring, and focused on child development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
