Job Summary

Responsible for leading the overall After-Sales, Service & Parts operations, ensuring business profitability, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and achievement of OEM/dealership KPIs.

Candidates must have robust experience in “Luxury Automobile Dealerships”.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Service, Parts & Logistics operations and drive profitability.
- Develop and implement after-sales strategies, processes, and performance standards.
- Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
- Monitor KPIs, capacity planning, productivity, and financial performance.
- Recruit, develop, and train Service & Parts teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, legal, and statutory requirements.




- Develop After-Sales and Parts marketing initiatives and customer segmentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead teams and ensure achievement of strategic and operational objectives.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA / Diploma in Business Administration preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Automotive After-Sales / Dealership Operations.
- Mandatory experience with luxury automobile dealerships.
- Strong knowledge of Service, Parts, Logistics, financial planning, customer management, and dealership processes.
