Role Description The Branch Manager role at Jainam is a full-time, in office position based in Junagadh City.

The Branch

Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure efficient service delivery, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch staff, driving business growth through client acquisition and retention, and monitoring branch performance against targets. The role involves building strong relationships with traders and investors, addressing client queries, and coordinating with central teams to implement strategies and improve processes.
