Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate daily branch operations and ensure smooth execution of activities.

- Coordinate with Security Guards, Supervisors, Field Officers, and Branch/Operations teams regarding deployment and attendance.

- Maintain and update manpower deployment, attendance, replacement, and vacancy records.

- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements, deployment, attendance, and operational issues.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

- Maintain branch-related documentation, records, and employee data.

- Follow up for manpower shortages, replacements, joining, and deployment.

- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for recruitment, joining, transfers, and employee-related matters.

- Assist in preparing invoices, billing-related documents, and supporting data wherever required.





- Monitor and follow up on pending operational activities.

- Handle calls, emails, and regular communication with clients and internal teams.

- Ensure timely submission of reports and branch documentation.

- Support the Branch Head/Operations Manager in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Good verbal and written communication.

- Basic understanding of security/manpower deployment operations.

- Ability to maintain records and handle multiple tasks.

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
