We’re looking for an experienced BPO Team Leader with solid communication skills and excellent proficiency in MS Excel to lead and manage our customer support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate & monitor BPO executives
- Track productivity, attendance & quality metrics
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct team briefings, coaching & performance reviews
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel
- Ensure adherence to processes, quality & client requirements
