Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Communicate with customers in Tamil
- Understand customer queries and provide suitable assistance
- Explain products/services clearly to customers
- Maintain proper communication and call records
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience Eligibility:
- Good Tamil communication skills
- Basic English knowledge is an added advantage
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good listening and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Candidates should be responsible and willing to learn
