Job Title: Business Associate

Department: Private Funding

Job Location: Tirunelveli, Nagercoil, Valliyur, Coimbatore (Full-Time)

Experience: 6 Months+ in Finance / Banking / NBFC / Business Loans / Sales

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate potential business loan/private funding leads through personal contacts, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with Business Owners, Traders, Manufacturers, and Entrepreneurs.
- Understand clients' financial requirements and suggest suitable funding solutions.
- Collect and submit quality loan files and required documents.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation and file processing.
- Follow up regularly on leads and loan applications.
- Maintain proper records and track all customer files.
- Achieve monthly sales and file submission targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and business clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience is required.




- Experience in Finance / Private Funding / NBFC / Banking / Business Loans is preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of financial products and loan processes.
- Willingness to build a long-term career in financial services.

Business Profile (Context):
- Target customers: Business Owners, Traders, Manufacturers & Entrepreneurs
- Minimum monthly business turnover: ₹30 Lakhs
- Funding range: ₹10 Lakhs – ₹50 Crores
- Interest Rate: 3%
