: SOP / Internal Audit / Process Mining Specialist

Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time

We are looking for professionals with experience in SOP documentation, Internal Audit (IA), and process mining/process modelling tools such as SAP Signavio, ARIS, IBM Blueworks Live, etc. Candidates with a combination of SOP and IA exposure will be preferred; however, candidates with solid process modelling and BPM tool experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Support Internal Audit assignments by reviewing process controls and identifying operational gaps.
- Work on process mining and process modelling activities using tools like SAP Signavio, ARIS, and IBM Blueworks Live.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and document workflows and business requirements.




- Ensure process documentation is aligned with organizational and compliance standards.
- Assist in process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with BPM/process modelling tools such as SAP Signavio, ARIS, IBM Blueworks Live, etc.
- 8 to 13 years of experience working on SAP Signavio/ARIS along with SOP documentation.
- Exposure to Internal Audit and process improvement projects would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience:

- Candidates having both SOP and Internal Audit experience will be highly preferred.
- Experience in process mapping, process mining, and business process optimization initiatives.
