Position: Botany Faculty / NEET Botany Staff

Department: NEET Academy

Key Responsibilities

Teach Botany for NEET aspirants as per the NEET syllabus.

Explain concepts clearly using examples, diagrams, and NCERT-based teaching.

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, and practice questions.

Conduct regular tests, revisions, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Analyse students’ performance and provide individual guidance.

Prepare students for NEET-level MCQs and previous-year questions.

Complete the syllabus within the planned academic schedule.

Maintain student attendance, academic records, and test performance.

Coordinate with the academic coordinator and other faculty members.

Motivate students and support them in improving their NEET preparation.





Participate in parent meetings and provide academic feedback when required.

Eligibility

M.Sc./M.Sc. Botany, M.Sc. Zoology/Life Sciences or relevant qualification.

Strong knowledge of NCERT Biology and NEET syllabus.

Prior NEET teaching/coaching experience is preferred.

Good communication and classroom-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Solid command over Botany and NEET exam patterns.

Good problem-solving and mentoring skills.

Willingness to work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
