The studio focuses on refined aesthetics, customised detailing, execution quality, timeline control and personalised client experience.

Role Overview

- 5–10 years of experience in BOQ, estimation and costing for interior/architectural projects.
- Independently manage BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, costing and rate analysis.
- Evaluate vendor quotations, material rates and project costs.
- Identify cost risks, variations and value-engineering opportunities.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, Manufacturing, Site and Finance teams.
- Ensure accurate, commercially viable and execution-ready BOQs.

Key Responsibilities:




- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Develop project estimates, rate analysis and cost sheets.
- Validate material, labour and subcontractor rates.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Identify scope gaps, quantity discrepancies and cost risks.
- Prepare costing for design changes, variations and additional works.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimisation without compromising design intent.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure BOQ and costing accuracy.
- Maintain updated rate databases, costing templates and project records.
- Support project teams with commercial and costing inputs throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
