Operations and Workflow Management

- Directs and schedules repair work to ensure the timely completion of vehicle services.

- Conducts regular quality inspections to verify that repairs meet factory, safety, and manufacturer standards.

- Maintains equipment and manages the inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.

Staff Leadership and Development

- Recruits, hires, trains, and motivates body shop personnel.

- Monitors productivity levels, appraises performance, and takes corrective measures when necessary.

- Fosters a positive work workplace and supports team members with technical guidance.

Financial and Business Administration

- Prepares and administers annual operating budgets,



controls operational costs, and forecasts financial goals.

- Tracks performance metrics, prepares reports on profitability, and identifies opportunities for business improvement.

Customer and Insurance Relations

- Handles customer inquiries, communicates repair timelines, and resolves complaints promptly.

- Creates accurate repair estimates and coordinates claims, supplemental work, and payments with insurance providers.
