- Design and develop suspension system components in accordance with customer requirements.
- Perform engineering calculations to validate product design and performance.
- Conduct FEA and implement design improvements based on analysis results.
- Create, review and modify engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation.
- Support prototype development activities and resolve design-related issues during prototype build and testing.
- Develop product concepts and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Create new part numbers, BOMs, and engineering master data in SAP, Generate and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
- Analyse the failure at customer end & provide necessary Corrective actions & Preventive actions
- Product Engg Support - provide inputs during proto process & resolve proto problem to meet proto design or requirement
Qualification & Other skills:
- Minimum Qualification: Degree in Mechanical or Auto Mobile engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 year.
- Valuable communication & Problem solving skills.
- Willing to travel at customer sites.
- Experienced and well versed in customer facing and various review meeting.
