- Maruti Suzuki Bodyshop Manager oversees accident repair operations, ensuring high-quality denting, painting, and structural repairs while maximizing workshop profitability and customer satisfaction (CSI).

- Operations Management: Oversee daily body shop operations, including repair planning, workflow optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles.

- Quality Control: Ensure all accidental repairs (denting, painting, mechanical/electrical) adhere to MSIL (Maruti Suzuki India Ltd) repair standards.

- Insurance/Claims Management: Act as a liaison with insurance surveyors and technicians for productive claim settlement.

- Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer relations, explain repair costs/timelines, and monitor CSI reports.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of technicians, painters, and denters.

- Profitability & Reporting:



Manage the department’s profit and loss (P&L;), controlling expenses and maximizing revenue.

- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all body shop tools, tools, and paint booths are serviced and functional.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,456.24 - ₹35,308.17 per month
