We at ZeroPi are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to join us as a Member of the Board of Directors, someone who can serve as a strategic advisor, investor, and growth partner as we expand into the global markets.

We're preparing to launch a next-generation, AI powered SAAS platform built to create limitless opportunities for individuals and businesses. With a robust foundation in innovation and stability, and human-centered design, our platform aims to transform how people connect with technology.

As we enter a crucial growth phase and plan expansion into the global markets (US, European, Middle east and African Markets), we're looking for a board-level leader with a strong network, passion for innovation, and the ability to shape key decisions and unlock global opportunities.

Role Description

What We Are Looking For:

Industry veterans in technology/product/AI-driven sectors or any relevant industry background.





- Network across US, European, Middle East, and/or African ecosystems
- Open to investing and becoming a shareholder
- Bring strategic insights, business foresight, and growth mindset
- Eager to build a fast-moving, purpose-driven team
- Experience with startup boards, tech governance, or high-growth ventures preferred
- Identify, pitch, and secure early-stage funding or strategic investment opportunities to scale operations.
- Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategies to boost market share.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to steer overall business development and corporate vision.
- Background in B2B/B2C sales, enterprise deal-closing, and modern digital marketing frameworks.
- High risk appetite, resilience, and a passion for building scalable business models from the ground up.
- Connection to an existing rolodex of investors, venture capitalists, and key industry players.

Qualifications





- Leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to offer strategic insights and guidance
- Experience in corporate governance, financial oversight, and organizational management
- Strong understanding of technology, IT solutions, and innovation trends
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team of executives or board members
- Strong financial acumen, including investment analysis, financial planning, and an understanding of business economics.
- Strategic planning skills with a focus on innovation and long-term growth.
- Experience in engineering, scientific research, technology, business consulting or related fields is a plus.
- Experience in a shareholder or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a leadership team remotely.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead from the front, working alongside an ambitious founding team. You will invest in the company, work closely with the CEO, and strategize various aspects. This is a leadership role at the ground floor to shape both the product(s) and the Company, with significant equity, leadership and responsibility.
