We are looking for a BMC Remedy Developer to support the Team Manager to provide an outsourced service which meets the service delivery description, whilst supporting the Team Manager in developing the Team to its full potential.
KEY COMPETENCIES:

- L3 Support
- Core Technical (Development Knowledge Required)
- - Helix Remedy 20.8 or later, DWP 20.08, Smart IT 20.08, Basic MS SQL Query Language, Remedy Support skills for Incident / Change / Work order / SRM, Foundation Configuration like People, Support groups, Auto Assignments / Product Categorizations / Change Approvals / Templates, etc.
- Optional
- Microsoft Power BI(added advantage, Report building), Azure Dev ops as user – the ability to use DevOps Board, CMDB is handled by another team if known it’s added advantage
- Must
- Should know how to develop using the DWP platform, Day to day creation of current forms in DWP
- Troubleshoot
- Upcoming:
- Business Workflows and Innovation Studio (Already implemented but work not started)
- Major activities are backend support for any incidents and building new forms using DWP.
