Assembler Developer

Location: Pune

Total Experience: 6 - 16 years To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

- 6 years of experience designing, testing, and implementing mainframe OEM vendor products and system exits in an IBM z/OS environment.
- Hands-on experience in C programming, including design, development, debugging, and performance optimization in a mainframe (IBM z/OS) workplace.
- Extensive experience coding MVS Assembler using MVS supervisor services, cross memory services and data management facilities.
- Extensive experience in a combination of the following - JCL, VSAM, JES2/3, SDSF, ISPF, REXX, and/or C programming.
- Diagnostics, Debugging and Troubleshooting skills using IPCS, GTF, and XDC.
- The ability to work independently, solve complex problems and effectively reassess work priorities.

Nice to have:





- Knowledge of trimodal instructions, access register mode, SRB and zIIP processing.
- Experience using IBM utilities (IEBCOPY, IEBGENER, SORT, IEHLIST, AMBLIST, etc.).
