About the Role
We are looking for a BMC Helix Data Manager (HDM) skilled with strong hands-on experience in data migration, CMDB, ITSM, SQL and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB/Foundation Data, AR DB schema and data migration processes , along with solid customer-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix Data Manager (HDM)
- Strong knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Foundation Data and schema
- Handle data migration, validation and reconciliation
- Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues
- Write and execute SQL queries within the AR DB schema
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and identify root causes
- Work with stakeholders/customers to understand and resolve technical issues
- Atrium Integrator experience is preferred
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Who Should Apply? Candidates with 4+ years of relevant BMC Helix experience who can independently handle HDM-based data migration, validation, reconciliation and troubleshooting are encouraged to apply.
