Blue Yonder TMS Consultant

Accountabilities:

1. Handle daily issue escalations from Key Users and ensure timely resolution to mitigate any service risks.
2. Deliver training and documentation for end-users and carriers.
3. Ensure data accuracy and quality standards, including carrier and master data management.
4. Collaborate with SAP team and support system-related issue resolution.
5. Assess planning effectiveness, resolve discrepancies, and identify process improvement opportunities.
6. This is a Global requirement, and the person will be expected to work in a 12pm to 9pm shift. Location Hyderabad.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

1. 5+ years of experience with Blue Yonder TMS.
2. Proficiency in data management and enforcing data quality standards.
3. Familiarity with SAP systems and ability to work with technical teams.
4. Analytical skills to assess planning effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
5. Hands on experience in working with Power BI.
6. Robust communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
