We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Phlebotomist to join our diagnostic team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting blood and other samples from patients while ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collect blood samples through venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques.
Label, store, and transport specimens accurately for laboratory testing.
Maintain proper patient identification and documentation.
Follow infection control and safety protocols during sample collection.
Prepare patients for sample collection and explain procedures clearly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the collection area.
Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely processing of specimens.
Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
Ensure compliance with NABL and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
DMLT / MLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology.
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in phlebotomy.
Good knowledge of blood collection procedures and safety standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced healthcare environment.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in venipuncture and sample collection.
Basic computer knowledge for patient registration and record maintenance.
Patient-friendly approach and professional demeanor.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
