Role Description This is a full-time Blockchain Trainer role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Salem with some flexibility for work from home.

The Blockchain

Trainer will design and deliver training programs on blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, decentralized applications, and related tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting interactive sessions, creating practical labs or projects, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will stay current with blockchain trends and platforms, update curriculum content, and collaborate with internal teams to align training with organizational and client needs. The role may also involve mentoring learners, supporting certification paths,



and contributing to workshops, webinars, or community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, distributed ledgers, smart contracts, and major platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with blockchain development tools, programming languages commonly used in blockchain (such as Solidity or equivalent), and version control systems.
- Proven ability to design training content, structure curricula, and deliver technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a focus on learner engagement and explicit explanation of complex topics.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including using online collaboration and learning platforms to conduct remote sessions and share materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in teaching, corporate training, or technical mentorship is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to continuous learning, including staying updated on emerging blockchain technologies, frameworks, and industry use cases.
