Job Title: Faculty – Biology (Botany / Zoology) for NEET-UG

Position Overview The NEET Biology Faculty is responsible for delivering comprehensive, high-retention coaching to medical aspirants in Classes 11, 12, and Repeater/Dropper batches. The primary objective is to build rigorous NCERT mastery, develop high-speed problem-solving skills for statement-based, assertion-reason, and matching MCQs, and drive top national percentiles in the NEET-UG examination.

Key Responsibilities Classroom Delivery & NCERT-Centric Teaching: Deliver structured, high-energy lectures strictly aligned with the latest NTA NEET-UG syllabus across Botany and Zoology. Conduct line-by-line analyses of NCERT textbooks, emphasizing diagrams, exceptions, summary points, and supplementary notes.

Teach time-management strategies, mnemonics, and elimination techniques for complex multiple-choice questions. Content & Question Bank Development: Curate comprehensive study materials, mind maps, chapter-wise formula/fact sheets, and Daily Practice Problems (DPPs). Design mock tests, minor/major test series, and full-length NEET simulation papers matching recent NTA question trends (Statement-I/II, Assertion-Reason, Diagram-based).

Develop detailed error-analysis keys and video/text solutions for all assigned test modules.

Doubt Clearing & Student Mentorship:



Conduct regular, dedicated one-on-one and small-group doubt-resolution sessions. Track individual student scores, maintain performance analytics across test series, and design targeted intervention plans for low-scoring students. Provide continuous motivational support and exam-temperament coaching to manage test anxiety.

Academic Operations & Batch Management: Maintain strict syllabus completion timelines across regular, weekend, and dropper batches. Participate in parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) to provide transparent feedback on attendance and test performance. Coordinate with academic counselors and branch management to ensure smooth batch scheduling and student retention.

Required Qualifications &

Experience Educational Background: Master’s degree (M.Sc. / M.Tech) in Botany, Zoology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or an MBBS/BDS/BAMS degree from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5+ years of demonstrable classroom teaching experience exclusively for NEET-UG / AIPMT batches in a reputed coaching institute or integrated school program.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
