Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit MEP.

Prepare detailed 3D BIM models, construction drawings and GFC drawings.

Model MEP systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Electrical, as applicable to the project.

Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural models.

Participate in clash detection and BIM coordination activities.

Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project requirements.

Incorporate revisions and comments received from clients and consultants.

Follow project BIM standards, modelling guidelines and QA/QC procedures.

Coordinate with BIM Engineers, BIM Coordinators, Architects, Structural Engineers and other project stakeholders.

Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.





Maintain project documentation and BIM-related records.

Support quantity take-offs, BOQ-related activities and other project documentation when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD.

Understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection tools.

Experience in preparing GFC / Construction Drawings.

Good understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.

Knowledge of BIM QA/QC processes and project standards.

Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM will be an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
