ACKD Consult is hiring an experienced BIM Modeler / Electrical Engineer – Revit with strong experience in Revit MEP, Electrical BIM Modeling, Electrical Design, and BIM Coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for creating and coordinating electrical BIM models, preparing electrical drawings, and coordinating electrical services with Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical disciplines.

Responsibilities

- Create and manage Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Prepare electrical layouts, power, lighting, small power, and containment drawings.
- Perform multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Coordinate Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, and Architectural models.
- Prepare construction drawings, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Review shop drawings and resolve coordination issues.
- Use Navisworks for model review and clash detection.
- Follow project standards, specifications, and applicable building codes.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong Revit MEP / Electrical BIM skills.
- Experience in electrical building services and construction documentation.
- BIM coordination experience with multidisciplinary teams.
- Navisworks knowledge preferred.
- Saudi/GCC or international project experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international standards is preferred.
