Perform variety of modeling assignments under minimal supervision.
Interface with engineers, our clients, and other consultants through clear communication and drawings.
Ability to develop 3D BIM models using Revit on all different LOD levels.
Managing CAD/BIM deliverables for multiple projects to completion within time.
Responsible for complete clash detection and clash resolution for projects, with other disciplines.
Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM projectworkflowcriteria.
Knowledge of BIM Protocol, ISO 19650 and related BIM standards
Creating and Managing Clash Analysis, Family Creation for the Projects
Taking responsibility for technical quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/ modifications.
Adhere to the schedule and quality requirements.
Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
Undertake self-checking initiatives whilst maintaining quality control of junior BIM modelers works and ensure adherence to all relevant design criteria and standards
Key Competencies / Skills
Possess Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill
Knowledge of domestic & international ELV/ICT codes & building codes.
Hands on experience working with BIM 360/ACC platform and design review process.
Ability to work under pressure and with moderate amount of supervision.
Versatile to adopt new work /challenge work as per business requirement.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma/BE/B Tech
Experience of working in Middle east projects.
Experience of working in high-rise buildings, residential, commercial, or similar projects
6+ years of experience in BIM modelling for Electrical system.
