Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3D models and associated documentation for infrastructure and built-environment projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing BIM models from point clouds, surveys, and construction drawings, coordinating architectural and MEP elements, and ensuring models comply with project standards and client requirements.

The role involves preparing detailed views, sections, schedules, and as-built models, as well as supporting Scan-to-BIM and digital twin workflows. The BIM Modeler collaborates with architects, engineers,



and project managers to resolve design conflicts, update models based on feedback, and contribute to effective design, construction, and asset management processes. The position may also include quality checks, model optimization, and adherence to BIM execution plans and naming conventions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including 3D modeling, model coordination, and adherence to BIM standards and execution plans.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Architecture and Construction Drawings, including reading, interpreting, and detailing plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
- Candidates should possess experience as a BIM Modeler working with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including clash detection, routing, and integration with architectural and structural models.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D or similar tools) and familiarity with Scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, spatial understanding, and ability to follow project standards, naming conventions, and documentation practices.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in infrastructure or built-environment projects is an advantage.
