- Need to develops and maintains digital 3D models of architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems using BIM software.
- Collaborates with architects and engineers, ensures model accuracy and adherence to standards, and generates reports and drawings for construction projects.
- They should have inquiring mind for learning new concepts.
- Experience in model creation, clash detection, data exchange, quality control.
- Creating GFCS and should have hands on with the Rendering of the models. to support effective project execution and informed decision-making.
Preferred candidate profile
- B Tech / BE in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Mechanical
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Civil BIM Modeler.
- Experience in Industrial Projects: FMCG, Warehouse, Manufacturing Unit, Commercial Projects: IT Companies, Hospitals, Commercial malls, Residential Projects: High Rise Building
