Role Description The BIM Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role is responsible for leading BIM implementation on water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure projects, including setting up BIM standards, managing models, and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.

Day-to-day tasks include overseeing BIM coordination meetings, ensuring ISO 19650-compliant information management, reviewing and validating models, and supporting virtual design and digital delivery workflows. The BIM Manager will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and MEP professionals, provide guidance to project teams on best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and tools. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, supporting client communication on BIM-related issues, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality, schedule,



and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of relevant industry experience, in a dedicated BIM or information management role
- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience authoring BEPS, implementing BIM standards and processes on infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in BIM Coordination, including clash detection, model federation, and aligning multidisciplinary teams around shared project information.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 or similar standards for information management and common data environments.
- Proficiency in major BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or equivalent) and related collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and model quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in BIM or digital engineering are an advantage.
