Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop BIM models using Revit software for MEP systems, including plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate design documentation and coordination.
- Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical support during construction phases by creating as-built drawings from completed projects.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in BIM engineering
- Proficiency in Revit software for MEP modeling (Plumbing, Electrical & Fire).
- Solid understanding of building information modeling (BIM) principles and best practices.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Exposure to working with US projects will be an added advantage.
