Job Summary

We are looking for a BIM Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in 3D MEP modeling and coordination. The candidate should have proficiency in Revit MEP, hands-on experience with Revit fabrication, and a sound understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

The role involves interpreting project requirements, developing accurate and constructible models and drawings, resolving coordination issues, and completing assigned deliverables within stipulated timelines. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player with valuable communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate and constructible 3D models of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems using Revit MEP and/or Fabrication CAD MEP.
- Interpret design drawings, specifications, and markups to model systems in compliance with client standards and BIM execution plans.
- Participate in coordination and design review meetings and assist in resolving technical and modeling issues.
- Maintain project standards, naming conventions, worksets, and file organization within the model.
- Track and report modeling progress and promptly flag missing inputs or ambiguities.




- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and trainees when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in 2D MEP drafting and coordination or 3D MEP modeling and coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and working knowledge of Fabrication CAD MEP.
- Hands-on experience with Revit fabrication.
- Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems and their integration within buildings.
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Ability to interpret design drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Understanding of BIM standards, LOD definitions, and project-specific modeling protocols.
- Experience generating shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and other BIM-based documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to model accuracy.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve modeling and coordination challenges.
- Good communication skills for internal coordination and understanding client markups and feedback.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
