Role Description The BIM Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, responsible for developing and managing detailed BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The role involves preparing and coordinating construction drawings, creating and updating 3D models in tools such as Revit, and supporting clash detection and design coordination among project stakeholders. The BIM Engineer will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy, adherence to project standards, and alignment with construction sequences and schedules.





Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the project team, maintaining documentation, supporting shop drawing production, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM/VDC workflows and templates.

Qualifications

- Strong Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills, including proficiency with BIM authoring tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
- Experience of 3 years or more.
- Ability to develop and interpret detailed Construction Drawings, with attention to industry standards and coordination requirements.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within BIM models.
- Understanding of Architecture principles and coordination of architectural elements within multidisciplinary models.
- Background in Civil Engineering or related field, with familiarity in structural and site-related modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related AEC discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration in AEC projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines in a project-based environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse project teams on-site.
- Previous experience in BIM/VDC outsourcing or consulting environments is an advantage.
